Welcome to Los Olivos Mexican Food Restaurants. Family-owned and operated, housed in a charming structure with a unique architectural character and design, our old-town location was originally built many years ago by our grandfather, Tomas Corral. The Corral Family left their native Mexico for America in 1919 because our grandmother, Cecilia Corral, did not want her sons working in the mines of Mexico. Many old-timers will remember the building as the home of a bakery, tavern, pool parlor, and even a chapel at one time.
Who We Are Now
Combining their native talents, the 2nd and 3rd generations of the Corral Family has brought Los Olivos from a little adobe eating spot to its present critically acclaimed dining establishments in Scottsdale. Our talented family members have worked together for years. An uncle designed and hand-crafted the unique Spanish style chandeliers, cousins enthusiastically greeted you and wait on tables, daughters keep the books, sons tend bar and serve your favorite margaritas, and an old friend from Mexico still rolls tortillas fresh every day in the kitchen. The Corral Family is proud of their tradition of good food, a warm and friendly atmosphere, and of being able to contribute to the history and heritage of Scottsdale for sixty-one years.
We hope that you will agree that this tradition has been maintained, and remember, "Esta casa es su casa y vuelvan pronto" (This is your home, please return soon).

Our mission is to educate the public while preserving our country’s important history, starting with the Pilgrim legacy and Thanksgiving story while recognizing all those who have fought to protect the American way of life. We will accomplish this goal by producing a Thanksgiving celebration of excellence in Plymouth, America’s Hometown, where Thanksgiving began. Through concerts honoring military sacrifice and a parade chronicling the Pilgrim legacy, spectators will leave with a sense of history and pride.

Imagine an entire city on the National Historic Register. What you'll see in Deadwood today is a careful, accurate restoration of a historically significant city. Deadwood's extensive Victorian architecture is unique to the West. While the gold rush of 1876 brought the likes of Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane, it also provided the wealth to construct a thriving commercial center in the heart of the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Today, one of America's most celebrated intimate luxury hotels beckons discerning guests who aspire to escape modern-day frenzy and slip into a Blackberry state of mind. Situated on a pastoral 4,200-acre estate in the Great Smoky Mountains, Blackberry will show you the many reasons why it is one of the top rated properties in the world.
The Winchester Mystery House is a mansion in Northern California, once the personal residence of Sarah Winchester, the widow of gun magnate William Wirt Winchester. The property and mansion have been claimed to be haunted—including by Winchester herself—since construction commenced in 1884. Under Winchester's day-to-day guidance, its "from-the-ground-up" construction proceeded around the clock, without interruption, until her death on September 5, 1922, at which time work immediately ceased. The cost for such constant building has been estimated at about US $5.5 million (equivalent to over $75 million in 2012)
